Curtis
Curtis Friesen joined Van Belle Nursery in September of 2004 to fill the shoes of Bill Van Belle as the account representative for Eastern Canada. In addition, Curtis forged ahead to create a new marketplace for our product and establish strong partnerships with nurseries throughout the Eastern and Southern US, while maintaining our customer base in the Western US.
Curtis joined the team at Van Belle from the Agricultural Industry (specializing in Dairy Operations), where he designed and sold farm equipment at a wholesale level throughout North America. Curtis also played hockey at an elite level, to which he attributes his teamwork attitude and competitive drive. Curtis strives for nothing but the best for his customers and he is no stranger to hard work.
Curtis still actively coaches and plays hockey “just for fun” and enjoys camping, wakeboarding and tubing with his wife and two daughters.
