We are currently recruiting for the following position:
VAN BELLE NURSERY is looking for an Assistant Section Leader for the container department in our organization. Main responsibilities will include solid leadership of team production, effective management of all aspects of plant production in their section and productive partnerships with the operations and sales team. The candidate will have supervisory skills, be a self-motivated organizer with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well in English both verbal and written. Some Spanish or willingness to learn would be helpful. Interested individuals must have horticulture work experience and /or education in horticulture. A grade 12 diploma or equivalent is required. VBN is a rapidly growing wholesale nursery located in Abbotsford, BC.
